Cancellation Policy

Cancellations fees are automatic and refunds are at my discretion; however, the following are the guidelines I use: Canceling and rebooking 24+ hours in advance will automatically charge you the cancellation fee. However, I am able to refund your cancellation fee under certain circumstances. Cancellation fees will typically be refunded when you have cancelled and rebooked 3 times or less within a calendar year. Canceling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the cancellation fee for your first two cancellations within a calendar year. After your first 2 cancellations, it is up to my discretion on whether or not to rebook with you given the circumstances of your cancellation. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will cancel your appointment and will be considered a No Show. No Shows will be charged the cancellation fee and is at my discretion for rebooking.
